Dr Achal Prashad, co founder of Simply Bright qualified from Barts and the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2003.  On completion Dr Prashad completed his dental vocational training programme, winning the Paul Temple Smithson Prize for Restorative Dentistry.
More recently Dr Prashad has expanded the Simply Bright brand successfully bidding for two separate NHS contracts awarded by Primary Care Trusts on the basis of providing the highest quality dental service to patients.  This led to him opening two brand new state of the art NHS Dental Practices in London ensuring compliance with the latest legislation and cross infection standards.
As well as heading up Simply Bright’s operations, Dr Prashad provides NHS and Private dental care with an interest in restorative dentistry and cosmetics.

Dr Deepa Prashad qualified from Barts and the Royal London School of Medicine and Dentistry with an honours degree in 2003. Through her various distinctions Deepa has demonstrated that not only is she an academic of the highest order, but also a great clinician who has received the Drapers Award for Clinical Excellence.
Following qualification, Deepa worked as an Associate Dentist for three years before establishing the Simply Bright Group in 2007 with Achal. Deepa has continued to excel her knowledge and technical skills through a variety of postgraduate courses and certifications, which allow her to provide Invisalign Orthodontic braces amongst other treatments.
Deepa has also been instrumental in expanding the Simply Bright Group, ensuring that the Simply Bright practices deliver high quality dental services to their patients whilst remaining fully compliant with the latest cross infection standards and clinical governance legislation.

Dr Gulamali qualified from Guys, Kings and St Thomas’s School of dentistry in 2003.  After this, Dr Gulamali undertook his vocational training and then completed his Diploma in membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS).  Royal College of Surgeons (Eng) in 2005.
For the last 4 years Dr Gulamali has been undergoing specialist training at the Eastman Dental Institute of Clinical Excellence and has obtained his Masters in Clinical Dentistry (MClinDent) in 2009.  Through his specialist training, Akil focuses on all aspects of restorative dentistry, including crowns/bridges, dentures, Implants and all complex restorative cases. 
Dr Gulamali takes referrals from General Practitioners to assist them on complex cases as well as holding a teaching post at the Eastman Dental Institute where he teaches postgraduate students.

Dr Pal qualified from King’ college London. She furthered her training by completing a two year GPT scheme at that same dental institute working in restorative, oral medicine and paediatric dental clinics. She enjoys all aspects of general dentistry with a particular focus on minimally invasive and adhesive dentistry.

Dr Reilly who qualified at Sheffield University is one of the latest members of the Simply Bright team, joining us in August 2010. He is a very enthusiastic young dentist who has a special emphasis on prevention and treating nervous patients. His friendly manor hopefully will put you at ease during your dental treatment. Unfortunately due to being raised near Birmingham he is a keen West Bromwich Albion fan!
